Deck reconstruction is a time consuming job that has a number of unforseen possibilities that may pop up.  Unfortunatly, most of these possibilities cannot be seen until the deck has been opened up - at this point we can figure as to what needs to be rebuilt in the deck.

It is our belief that the best way for us to fix a water damaged sub-straight to a deck is to make the repairs on a cost plus basis.  We will supply you with a breakdown of our time and labour used.  We would be happy to supply a written quote prior to the start of the project.
