I am writing to say how thankful I am to have KCL working at my home. Over the past few weeks they have had to cope with a very difficult tenant and I am most appreciative of the work they performed again and again. I moved into my first apartment two years ago, it was a great feeling to finally have my own place and I thought I was prepared for everything. Three weeks before I moved my furniture and belongings in there was a roof leak in the ceiling of my top floor apartment! A few months later there was another roof leak, this was a disastrous start to my independent life. My Strata Council reassured me that my unit would be restored to new and that they would bring in a good restoration company to complete the work. I waited months and months, the restoration companies my Strata brought in were untimely, unfriendly and most importantly did not do a good job. I was beginning to give up hope that my unit would look pristine as it once did. That is when KCL came into the picture and turned things around for me. KCL was respectful of my opinion and confirmed my worries about my ceiling. KCL maintained great lines of communication with me and told me they would fix my roof. When the workers showed up to my unit they were realistic, friendly and courteous. I finally had the restoration company I wanted all along. The KCL employees did a fantastic job in 4 days on my ceiling and were very clean when their work was complete. I was thrilled when I returned to my apartment and saw what they had done. I reside in Surrey, BC and would fully support anyone who is wondering whether or not they should hire KCL; they gave me my brand new apartment back after two years of being disappointed with other companies. I had a plumbing leak in my bathroom in the wall behind my mirror. I am very happy with the work that was done by KCL. The staff at KCL is very professional and the quality of the work was very good.
